  • Do you have a physical shop location where I can bring my RV?
    No, we are fully mobile and come to your RV, whether at your home, a campground, or a storage facility. We generally travel up to 80 miles. Give us a call if you need service outside our area and we may be able to accommodate you.
  • Do you do warranty work?
    We do not work directly with warranty providers; however, they may reimburse you for repairs. Reach out to your warranty provider to see if this is an option.
  • Can you come out and give me a repair quote?
    We charge hourly based on the actual time spent at your location. We will do our best to give you an estimate of the cost beforehand, but we cannot provide quotes or fixed-rate service.
  • Do I have to be present during my service appointment?
    No, you don't need to be there when we come out. However, in most cases, we will need access inside the RV and compartments, so you may need to hide a key or leave the RV unlocked.
  • Can I split the dipatch fee with a neighbor?
    If you would like to coordinate a group appointment, you can split the mileage charge. The flat-rate portion of the dispatch fee applies for each RV.
  • What payment methods do you take?
    We accept cash and all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. We offer a 1.5% discount for cash transactions.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Service appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $75. If we’re already on our way to you, the full dispatch fee will still apply.
  • What are the services you do not offer?
    We do not typically service the RV chassis (engine, tires, frame), repair major structural damage, or service the wastewater systems. We also do not offer inspections. Every situation is different, so feel free to reach out about your specific problem.
